1. What Level is

Level (“we,” “us”) is a research and comparison tool. We display public price data from prediction markets (e.g. Kalshi, Polymarket) and sportsbooks (e.g. DraftKings, FanDuel, BetMGM, BetRivers) and estimate where a price gap between them may be profitable after modeled fees and slippage.

Level does not place bets, hold funds, or execute trades on your behalf. You place every order yourself, directly with the prediction market or sportsbook, using your own account there. We are not a party to those transactions and have no relationship with the outcome.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use Level. Prediction-market and sportsbook eligibility varies by state, province, and country — it is your responsibility to confirm you are legally permitted to use the underlying platforms before you trade or bet there. Some states and countries restrict or prohibit prediction markets and/or sports betting; Level’s display of a price does not mean the underlying market is legal or available where you are.

3. Not financial or betting advice

Nothing on Level is investment, financial, legal, or betting advice. Every number shown is an estimate built from public prices at a moment in time — prices move, and a displayed gap can shrink, disappear, or reverse before you finish placing both orders. Estimates account for known fees and a modeled slippage cost, but actual fills, fees, and outcomes may differ. AI-assisted match review (when shown) checks whether a sportsbook game and a prediction-market contract likely refer to the same real-world event — it is a second opinion, not a guarantee, and can be wrong.

You are solely responsible for verifying prices and terms directly on each platform before you trade, and for any financial outcome of doing so, including the risk that one leg of a pair fills and the other doesn’t, leaving you with a one-sided position instead of a hedge.

4. Accounts & subscriptions

Some features require a Level account and a paid subscription, billed and processed by Stripe. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account page; access continues through the end of the period you already paid for. We don’t store your card details — Stripe does.

5. Acceptable use

Don’t scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell Level’s data feed; don’t attempt to disrupt the service; don’t use Level to violate the terms of any prediction market or sportsbook you connect to. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

Level is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any price, fee estimate, or profit figure shown, or that any opportunity displayed will still be available by the time you act on it.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Level and its operators are not liable for any financial loss, lost profit, or other damages arising from your use of the service or any trade or bet you place on a third-party platform, whether or not based on information shown on Level. Your use of third-party platforms (Kalshi, Polymarket, DraftKings, FanDuel, BetMGM, BetRivers, and any others) is governed by their own terms, and any dispute about funds, fills, or account restrictions on those platforms is between you and them.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as Level changes. Material changes will update the effective date above; continued use after a change means you accept the update.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
